I’m a practical Fashionista, so comfort is as important to me as style. But it still takes a half hour to get my entire ensemble just right. Thankfully, my closet has been recently organized. And it has stayed that way. Though I have my favorite brands and those I just don’t buy, I’m not really into the brand thing. I won’t buy clothing just b/c it’s from store/brand X or Y. The item has to have that certain “je ne sais quoi” I call mixability*.
*mixability: n. the characteristic of fitting in with current pieces of the wardrobe + likelihood of appearing in more than one outfit. I have a new blog where I share my mixable and chic items with the rest of the fashion community. It’s called blog, borrow or swap.
