Bonjour! I’m Katie Cosette, a college student and aspiring who-knows-what. I’m a writer, reader, filmmaker, photographer, crafter, traveler, and lover of life. Most of all, though, I’m a shopper. Shopping has always been one of my biggest talents; I can shop for hours on end without thinking about food or rest. I like to call it a gift, though when my credit statement comes I call it a curse. I’m not a label junkie; I think anyone can have style on any budget. I have clothes from Bloomingdales and from Walmart. I love putting together outfits that mix staples with fun accent pieces that come from all sorts of different places, and all over the world. I firmly believe that you can never have too many scarves, shoes, or dresses, and there is no such thing as too many clothes. I’ve recently been trying to learn how to sew and make my own clothes, but it isn’t going very well. I adore my hot glue gun and make a lot of my own accessories. Feathers are my obsession at the moment. Overall I would call my style simple, yet unexpected; a mix of classic, girly, edgy, and whimsical. Most importantly, I love fashion that is fun! (And by fun I mean fun for all, including animals. I don’t buy fur or leather!)
