WOW it’s been ages since I last posted a photo. I wore this last weekend when I went out to celebrate my birthday. It was a blast.

You can’t really tell here but I’m wearing a hat. And those tights are more pink in real life than the red they look in the photo. Not like it really matters, but I like to be accurate, I suppose.

Friday night was a wonderfully chaotic night, involving friends, champagne and speaker-top dancing. I concluded the night with a flourish when my left foot buckled and I took a tumble on the road. Scraped a knee, but somehow it still felt like a good night. Torn stockings, bleeding knee and all.

My second Saturday night in the Docs (didn’t get photos of last week’s outfit!). They are so comfy and perfect for bouncing on couches in. Woo!

Met some friends for high tea today, which equated to eating for almost 3 hours. By 5pm, we all felt like beached whales, and proceeded to try and walk off the extra scones and cake. Let it be known that these heels were NOT made for walking.

I love this tulip skirt especially because it has pockets!

It’s F1 weekend in Singapore. Much-anticipated, but really just a bane for the bad traffic that results. Not a fan, obviously. Although, I had to attend a couple of parties tonight, and as my cab got closer to the track, the deafening sound of the race cars screaming past on their test runs stirred some unexpected excitement. Guess it’s all about being in the moment.

I had been looking, over a couple of days, for a dress to wear tonight. My search came up empty, so I gave up and rustled up an outfit from what I had. I ended up with something that’s not quite your typical party outfit, but very me, nonetheless.

Sometimes looking at the amazingly dressed people on this website is intimidating. Especially when deciding whether to post simple outfits like this one, which I wore to a casual Sunday dinner. Thank god I wore shorts too, since the restaurant wasn’t air-conditioned and the humidity here is ridiculous.
