Almost everyone seems to be wearing outfits for winter while its still hot here in Manila even during Christmas season. I wish I could wear a lot of layering too but its just too hot.

The black top is actually a bat-like shirt with drapings, too bad its not that clear in this photo.

Must. Start. Christmas. Shopping.

But, my wallet is still hurting. Heh.

although i dont remember exactly how it started, my love affair with plaid starter over a year ago it wasnt really a very popular print back then here in manila, so most of my plaid tops (and my friends’) were mostly thrifted. it was my go-to outfit when i didnt want to think about what to wear. oversized was the way to go, paired with a bandage skirt, skinny jeans or shorts, then im off.

fast forward to present times, almost every seller on multiply and other shops here in the philippines are selling plaid of all kinds. from dresses, tops to shorts. plaid overload, really. :|

we have a very strict dress code in my school, nothing above the knee is allowed, thats why this skirt is very useful because you can fold it to adjust the length. versatility at its best! im wearing the short version in this photo with an oversized vintage clutch which is one of my favorite thrifted pieces.

i got this dress during the semestral break from my moms old clothes. i dont usually like to wear prints, but i love the colors of this dress as well as the drape on the skirt :)

and like everyone in the planet, can i just say that i am in love with Twilight. ive read all four books and after seeing the movie, i just fell in love all over again!

its good to be back! vacation was great, i spent time with the family, watched DVDs, slept when the sun is up and even did charity work halo pops out

anyway, this is my first ever outfit photo with ze lovely wall..

ive been looking for liquid leggings here in manila but i wasnt able to find any decent ones, good thing ProudRace accepts made to order ones. mine is a bit big though and its a bit shiny, they fit like skinny jeans more than leggings. but i love it nonetheless. still searching for liquid/lame leggings though :)
