hah, as if. poor bentley is the sweetest, most oblivious dog on earth.

excuse the messy hair; it’s just too hot for me to even think about touching it. speaking of which, temperatures over 90 degrees should be outlawed. it’s the bay area, for Chrissakes. maybe this calls for a retreat to SF.

also, two new vintage necklaces (to the left and below). the first is a Claddagh (Irish symbol of love) with inlaid opals; second is a bunch of dangling pretty stones that incidentally give me a rash :(

funnily enough, i lost the Claddagh necklace today. i. hate. myself. (and my hands’ ability to drop/place anything down anywhere and forget about it).

i bought something fringe.

something tells me i could have got this on ebay for half the price, but nyeh. i am an awful at bidding—though even 5 yr olds can succeed at it :(

tried to cheer myself up by buying these pale wash denim shorts (then i hated myself for spending even more money. oi). BCBG is having a massive sale; picked up a nice blouse and a wintry dress. ah, retail therapy.

the light outside was beautiful, however: the perfect pre-noon summer cloudiness.

i bought this maxi dress for $12, and yes, yes, come fall it will be completely worthless. so i’m wearing it as my duty as a good capitalist citizen.

p.s. my university is local, so summer storage for chairs/bikes for me = the backyard <3

ugh, i was having such a bad hair/face day. woke up late, so didn’t have time to wash my hair. whine whine—thus, the glasses.

i got these new oxfords from H&M, but LORD do they kill my feet! i stuffed in insoles & socks, and i still felt my toes slowly disintegrating. haha.
