i’m actually in dress code today. it’s not really that tough, it was changed recently to permit anything but bottoms above the knee and graphic tees & tshirts.
but anyway, there’s no one as chic as all you chictopia girls at school. think graffiti print hoodies, rhinestone jeans, fluttery jersey tops in neon colors, and kitten heels. often all together.

I’ve been searching for a pair of black mary jane flats, and was about to settle for an expensive pair with a ton of toe cleavage (ahh) until I found the patent ones on sale! I was unsure about them though, because the heel wasn’t totally flat.
Then when I went to the next store, there was a 2 for $15 sale on flats and I spotted the perfect canvas mary jane and bow flats, with the complete intention of returning the patent ones. But now I’m not sure and I feel like keeping them since they were so cheap.

I finally got a chance to visit the bus shelter where my mural is hung. It’s on the intersection of Grand Ave and Macarthur in Oakland.
