i had to retake pictures because my friend who took the pictures of me during the party itself the other night was not exactly a…hmmm, decent photographer? lol. there was always something wrong with the photos he took so i decided to ask my trusty little sister to retake the pictures for me the day after the party. haha

…but i ended up with a different version of what i actually wore.

if you look closely, the dress is actually a polka dotted one. i was going to wear it for new years eve but i changed my mind since i decided i wanted to wear red instead.

forgive me but i dont have make up on for the first 2 pictures. it was just a lazy day at home so i didnt bother to fix up anymore. and my hair, omg such a mess! i experimented with a hair waver for the very first time and that was the result. pardon me, but i’m just a noob when it comes to using the hair waver. lol!

the 3rd picture is such a prom inspired photo! my friend’s and i were just fooling around since it has been a while since we wore semi-formal clothes.

and it’s my white coat’s debut, as you can see.

and the last photo is me with my friend :) terrible background, i know! oops. haha!

It’s past 6am already and I just got home. It’s weird that I’m not even sleepy at this time of the night…err, morning!

As I was driving on my way home, I passed about 2 checkpoints and boy, other drivers were way too funny! LOL! Some even made a U-turn as soon as they saw the cop lights from afar! Haha! Ooohhh you could really tell if someone drank even if they’re not close to you. They get waaaaay too cautious when they’re within the cops’ radius.

Happy New Year everybody! 2009 is going to be a ball!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT! So many things are going to happen this year ;)

Christmas eve this year was quite different. After arriving in Palm Springs, we just decided to spend our night in the hospital and have our noche buena there instead. My 2 older cousins got into a huge car accident a couple of days ago so instead of leaving them in the hospital by themselves, we decided to bring noche buena to them. We were just lucky that we were allowed to use one of the huge physical therapy room for our little party or else we would be be jam-packed inside the hospital room that my cousins share!

Although Mike can’t walk right now and is going through physical therapy because of all the surgeries on his leg and Paul is charged with DUI with bodily injuries, I’m still so happy that they’re both alive after slamming in to a 10-wheeler truck. Christmas is, indeed, all about getting together with the family :)

Plus getting the gifts you wanted ;) HAHA! I got a new car for Christmas btw which makes me 92847392843896543756x more thankful! Lol

my favorite color since i was a little girl was purple. pink came only second. until now, i still sort of prefer purple over pink. not that i dont like pink. i love pink!

i wore this outfit to a christmas party with people from work. we had the party in El Torito and boy it was soooo good! it was my first time to experience mexican buffet since i’m not really THAT familiar with it. i’m so glad i was able to try earlier. i’m definitely taking my friends and family there soon. i’m developing a new kind of love from mexican food since this delightful afternoon! lol.

oh my…so much for the 2 and a half hours i spent in the gym last night. haha!

any how, i just might wear this out tonight too since i’m too lazy to change now and i’m not feeling well so yeah go figure. i’ll just probably add tons of accessories to it. oh well. i feel like i look terrible in these pictures.

weather forecast says we’re going to have a storm tonight. uh-oh =/

I’m wearing this out tonight. I’m too tired from all the studying these past couple of days so I’m wearing very little accessories. I’m also quite surprised at how my body takes on the cold lately. Haha! But dont worry, I’m just going to put on a cute lil’ sweater later. I forgot to take a picture because I’m actually in a rush right now. Oops.

PS. I am so sorry about the messy background. I know, it’s really really gross but…yeah. Lol. Omg this is embarassing…

Just got back from an extremely long weekend. I had heaps of fun and I just wish it would happen all over again. The weather was quite lovely especially during the afternoon, it wasn’t too hot or cold. Spent half of the weekend in Palm Springs aka The Desert so the weather is really really nice during this time of the year.
