So I decided to wear my new shoes to work today and might I say that they are extremely comfortable to walk in! I can’t wait to wear them out some more.

We got some Free People scarves in at work and a friend pointed out to me a cute one next a sea foam green one I liked. I decided to get both. I love the versatility and waffle material of this scarf. We also bought matching tights from Urban Outfitters. They are SO soft!

My friend and I decided to stop by Target yesterday to check out Thakoon’s new line for Target. I must say I was smitten by the prints from the magazine ads already and they looked just as good in person. I left only with one item, but it’s one of my favorites. Plus, who can resist $29? I think I’ll get tons of use out of it. It says it is a tunic, but I wore it as a dress here.

A couple posts back on my blog (http://sheplaysdressup.blogspot.com), I was obsessing over shoes with intense heels and I finally got my wish! I posted about these Miu Miu’s from a past season and was able to get them for Christmas. SO excited, I can’t wait to wear them. The wooden floral carving is exquisite.

My boyfriend and I had a blast. I won $60 and lost $80 the next day. Oh well. Shopping was amazing as usual. The best part of the trip was the free upgrade in our Caesar’s Palace hotel room (yay for indoor jacuzzi and plasma tvs!) I was bummed though because we couldn’t see any shows. Anyone recommend a good show for next time? I was looking at O, Mystere, Ka, Phantom, Believe, and Love.

I am MADLY in love with my new leather cardigan. The leather is thin, buttery, and best of all…it actually keeps me warm. I love the nice gray color and how versatile this piece will be. And of course, I got it on sale: $60 down from $700. HIYA FIVE.

Just got back from my Accounting final. Definitely needed that Peppermint Mocha Twist. Mmm.

PS- OMFG@#&*#& it snowed in Houston yesterday. IT NEVER SNOWS. This event happened like 4 years ago AHH.

Simple: I wear a vintage black opera ruffle bib blouse, Moschino black taffeta skirt, and Marni flats.

Clean: I wear a BCBG white ruffle collar button up, white vintage lace skirt, and bare feet.

PS- Sorry for the HORRIBLE picture quality; I haven’t been able to find my camera for the past week!

I found this cape at a Goodwill about 4 months ago, but never had the chance to wear it. Finally, it’s starting to feel cold so what better time to pull it out. What I like best about it is the outside is a deep purple and the inside is navy with a little floral pattern. You can wear it either way so it’s almost like two-in-one :)

Excuse the messy hair, I haven’t straightened it yet. Time to head off to school..cheers!

Of course I changed my heels to flats for school ;)
