I had been looking for plain black tights at target a couple weeks ago but they had none. I spotted a pair of ombre tights on sale for $4.99 and snatched them up. Surprisingly I love them. The little bit of gray next to a black skirt just adds a little extra to my usual black outfits. Although the outfit i wore today’s pretty much consisted of a black u-neck t-shirt, dark gray cardigan, black skirt and black/gray tights with black ballerina flats. Oh well.

I also ended up scoring this Fred Perry bag at Urban Outfitters for $9.99 instead of $98. I love it.

This is what I had been_ planning_ to wear for New Years eve but instead I hung out with my guy friend and we talked the whole night about our relationship problems.

Word of advice guys: Never date anyone from work.

I am hoping to still wear this outfit out with a potential cutie though.

My whole wardrobe pretty much consists of black, black and white patterns and a smattering of gray. I wouldn’t have it any other way though.

This is what I wore to go to class (only to leave 45 minutes into it), lounge around my apartment all day and hopefully to go to an Irish shop to pick up some groceries.

I had totally forgotten that I had a chictopia. So sorry!

This is what I wore today to run some errands and what I will be wearing to drop some papers off at my mom’s, go shopping at 99 Ranch Market and to get some In and Out for dinner.

I feel like my style has changed drastically since the last time I posted so I will be posting more often, I promise.

Usually I don’t like the Go designer collections Target has each month but I was pleasantly surprised by Richard Chai’’s line. Almost all the cute things were pout in my size but I snagged this tunic in a small (a size too big but I like how it looks).

I think I might try to wear it with short shorts and some tights next week. Tights in this heat only because my legs are so pale they’ll blind you. Haha.

The scarf is a cheap imitation of the McQueen skull scarf but I love it.

I got off work early today so I decided to change into this because I’m tired of wearing all black for work 24/7 (even though I usually wear only navy, black and grey).

The jeans are high-waisted trouser jeans. I cuffed them because I don’t plan on hemming them since I would normally wear them with heels.

I got the brogues yesterday in San Francisco (flew back from there last night). They were pretty pricey for “vintage” but I’ve been looking for a pair like that for a long time so I snatched them up.

The color palette is basically a preview of what I always wear during the fall.
