Went out with some friends today to check out a new bubble tea place. It’s better than the other ones where I live (because they use syrup and real fruit instead of powder), so its my new favourite.

Nothing super exciting happened the last couple of days, just lots of lazing around the house in sleepwear, so that’s why I haven’t updates in a while.

Also, I’m sure no one wants to see the AWSOME outfit for the minimum wage job that I have, so even though I worked this week, I wont be showing a picture of that.

Oh yeah, and the weather was horrible today. Really hard rain on and off for pretty much the entire afternoon.
I find that when the weather is all rainy and gross, I dont want to wear any colours, which is why todays outfit is mostly grey and black.

Didn’t do many exciting things today, shopped for a bit, went out to dinner with my family and some guests… ho hum

However, there was a highlight to this dreary day; getting kicked in the head/face by an icecream-filled child! Yipee!!~

Anyways… I find that if I’m shopping with other people I dont get much done, and I think there are two reasons for this. Firstly, my friends and I have very different taste in clothing, so we don’t really go to the same stores. Secondly, when I’m shopping with friends, I don’t take it seriously so I never really buy things. Also, when a friend says something looks good on me, I don’t really trust them because their my friend and they don’t want to criticize or anything. Same thing happens when shopping with my mom.
I think my sister is the only person I can actually shop with productively.

P.S. I shot this at night, so it was artificial lighting which doesn’t really show the colours of the shirt well, so I uploaded another photo for the shirt.
Lesson learned? Shoot with natural light =.="

My mom gave me this Christian Dior scarf that she got as a present a couple decades ago. I really wanted to find a way of wearing it today, so I paired it with a cardigan and loose shirt tucked into my jeans (today was surprisingly chilly).
I really wanted the scarf to be the only colour in my outfit.

I later changed out of the white belt and grey pants, and threw on the black pants and black glasses. The cardigan kept coming untucked from the grey pants, because they have a really low waist.
The second someone makes a pair of high-waisted grey jeans in a 36" inseam, I’m gonna buy 100000 pairs of them!
