So homecoming was last night, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had. I think it’s safe to say that this year’s was way better than last year’s. I didn’t have a date, but I think I was willing to dance more with just friends. But I did, however, dance with this guy I like once, making the night pretty great. I made my dress because I didn’t want anyone else to have the same one as me, and they didn’t. Now I have to do all of my homework today since I haven’t completed any of it yet….oh well, it was totally worth going and cramming all of my work onto one day. Can’t wait for next year already!

These days I haven’t felt like being cutesy. I haven’t used my contacts in days, or put on any makeup. Like the lovely Snowshoe, I have been living in my bowler for quite some time now. Everyone and their cousin are getting sick in school, and I believe I’ve caught something too. Bleh. The only thing that cheers me up is my good old Arizona iced tea.

I find myself breaking into fall clothes lately. Gloves, scarves, tights; I can’t get enough. Honestly, I cannot wait for winter. I loathe the snow, but layers and warm sweaters are what I have been waiting for all summer.
