Its so nice having these random cool days so i can pull some of my cold weather clothes out of storage. This Kimchi and Blue sweater has a cute little double peter pan collar and is fun to wear when I feel like some color.
I’ll have to wait until it gets cooler to be able to wear this regularly, but since I was working late today I was glad to have the extra warmth.

I bought this little belt a while ago at a vintage store. It has studs and chains and was only $10 so of course I couldn’t refuse.
Now I’m not so sure what kinds of outfits to pair it with besides the basics. I can wear it high around my waist too so I might try that next time…

Trends in this outfit:
1) Plaid
2) Fedora
3) Lots of jewelry
4) Leggings
5) Strappy black heels
As frowned upon as it is, sometimes I think its fun to just be super trendy. Walking around my jeans+hoodie overrun campus seems like the perfect time to test out the trends I see in fashion magazines/online. After all, its no fun to always be worried that you look too fashion victimy if you’re just wearing what you like.

I bought a pair of knockoff shoes…
I just couldn’t resist the lace-up detailing and the thick high heels. I used an online coupon to order them off the VS website (not really surprised right?) and they arrived in the mail yesterday. They’re surprisingly comfortable and I’m just going to look past the fact that they are imposters.
I paired them with my leather jacket and khaki shorts that I finally recovered from my boyfriend’s apartment. Its always fun to re-find things :)

My friend once said I would look good with my hair cut into a bob. I guess this is what it would look like, but honestly I don’t have the right face shape or hair type for short hair. I need more definition and less frizz :(
I went with the default of black layers + jewelry today. I really just wanted an easy combination to wear with (and break in) my silver wedges.

I’ve never been much of a jeans girl, but even I will admit that on certain days all I feel like pulling on is a pair of jeans and a baggy top.
I found this skinny pair at Forever21 last week. They have zippers down at the ankles and are actually short enough for my legs! I’ve always liked the simple chic pairing of a striped top with denim. I see it as a more stylish alternative to “jeans and a tee”; which also makes it the perfect outfit for school.
Just add some shiny accessories and you’re done <3
