Yay! Halloween! I’ve never really been much of a costumes person, despite how much fun it is to dress up in one. So for the past couple years, Halloween was always a day for me to experiment with a style that’s out of my comfort zone. Aka the Striped Socks.
Despite having them for so long, the socks still feel odd to me. For half the day they remained past my knee, but by the time of actually hanging out with people, they were resigned to my ankles as pseudo-legwarmers.
The problem with wearing a black sweater under a black jumper is that you can’t see the black jumper very well. Which is saddening, because it’s my housemate’s bubble-skirt jumper that I think is incredibly cute. :>
Note to self: Clean broken mirror! … If possible. :<
