I accidently washed this coat and was surprised at the result. It has a fluffy/nubby texture now that I think I like, wouldn’t recommend doing this though.
I’ve been volunteering at the senior citizen center one day a week, thus my inspiration for this old lady outfit.

My little balcony is so bright, can’t help squinting. I wore this vintage heavy cotton/brocade dress, 3/4 sleeve with a little cuff and floral cutouts along the sides of the dress. I threw on some black tights and black laceup granny boots to make it look a little more casual.
I love accessories, but I’ve been neglecting them a bit because of time issues in the morning. I usually reach for this ethnic beaded bracelet that’s pretty substantial. It does the job for me these days. This was it for today.

This is today’s outfit. I almost forgot I had this moto leather jacket which is not shrunken or tight fitting. That’s a nice little change for me at least. I think this is from the 80’s and the leather is so, so soft, lightweight and comfy. The sleeves are also easy to scrunch up without falling back down. I wore this a lot last year.
Underneath is just a emerald green silk skirt and my cheapy boots finished the look. Oh, and added the leopard scarf around the neck.
Like my dolly avatar? She’s the star of my fashion doll collection. I’ll have her pose for some more photos soon.

I rarely wear flat shoes or boots but today I wore these leather and suede over the knee boots. You can’t see them so well in the picture, but they are the most comfortable boots I have and fit very close to the leg thanks to a lace up back feature.
The fur is fake and kind of an unflattering color for my skintone. It also reverses to a tan leather. Oh, and are we calling berets beanies now? I’m calling this a beret. I thought a beanie was the tiny version that sits snug at the crown of the head. I don’t know. I was wondering. This one has all these cheesy gold star studs up there that I like.
Anyway, I swear I’m going to get this lighting thing down so I can take better quality pictures.

I just wore this comfortable, drapey dress with a simple striped shirt underneath and these peeptoe shoe boots that everyone has. Too bad the boots don’t fit closer to my leg, but as you can see my legs are very stick-like.
