This is something that I would wear for the first day of school. Since my school starts at 7:45, I usually have to be out of the house by 7:20 so I try to wear comfortable yet stylish outfits. Since my outfit was mostly black (well all black) I tried to separate the top and bottom with a belt. Also, I wore an AA pencil skirt under my handmade one to make a more interesting silhouette.

These are my rules for picking out something to wear back to school:

1. Comfort is key. you don’t want to have to re-adjust your top or skirt all day long.. and never wear 5 inch heels (exspecially if you are in highschool.. there are some of those immature kids who will try to trip you down or up the stairs)

2. Be yourself You want to make a good impression on your teachers and new classmates so don’t try to be someone your not.

3. Keep it simple you have a whole year to wear “complicated” items so start out the year by wearing something that says your focused.

4. Look cute you never know who you might meet ;)

This is my most over used bag, I got it last fall at a small boutique in downtown Plymoth MI called Bella Mia. If your ever in that area I deff recommend stoping by, they carry alot of cute stuff! (shopbellamia.com) oh and plus it kind of looks like a Balenciaga :D

I got this new skirt-vintage. I finally got a Gryson for target bag, on sale for $25! oh and a tan, from the holiday weekend! :)
