These shoes run very narrow! I have quite narrow feet and they are just perfect on me. I wear and ordered a 6.5, they run true to size (in length). However, if you have normal width or wider feet I recommend getting then a half size larger. Other people who got these flats in the patent leather say the squiching cuts into the back of their foot, but that isn't the case with these. They are made of a softer leather. I love the color which match anything and they are very comfortable :)
