A thrifted vest is a piece of history. It's a whole distinctive personality that belonged to a distinctive human being, and when you wear it, you're turning it into something that will also carry on traces of you for many generations.

I was looking for an obnoxious vest for my school's Christmas spirit week's vest day, but I ended up finding one that I actually like! It's a scene of a fox hunt in mostly an olive green color with a pop of red on the fox hunter's jackets. It's warm, quilted, I think a good quality fabric, and very different. I love unexpected finds at thrift stores!

Thrifted clothing, especially vests, are almost always the only one you will ever see because they're one of a kind. They're comfy and are able to be matched with any outfit depending on the style and CHEAP.

the knitted ones are my favorite especially if they are in natural colors they can go with so much!

great layering piece

this was originally a jean jacket that i cut the sleeves off of and made into a denim vest.
