I have an affinity for vintage (and vintage inspired) clothing, especially those that come out of the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, and 60’s.
I’d describe my personal style as carefree and pretty. I love flowing skirts, soft fabrics, prints, and colors [most days]. I seem to vacillate between flamboyant colors to a more polished look with high waisted pencil skirts (houndstooth is my favorite), nylons or patterned tights, and ruffly tucked in blouses. Both styles are lovely and it would be hard to choose, so I wear both depending on what I feel like that day.
Value Village and thrift stores are my best friend, most definitely! I suppose, in short, you could sum up my entire style as “thrifty”? Take that as you will :)
