This trench was a steal and I’m so glad i got it. I’m not normally a huge animal print person but I liked that this was a different way to do leopard. I wore this to work and then out to a book reading of Richmond Noir, a book that was recently published of dark, fictional short stories set in different neighborhoods in my city. Loved it. These heels are like 4.5 inches but the thickness and platform allowed me to wear them for 14 hours and not want to die.

I adored this dress/jumper on the hanger at F21, but like all of their clothes, was worried it would be too twee and short for me. It’s a tad short, but I really like it. It’s comfy, casual but professional, and it was under $20!

Wore this to work on Friday, and made a few tweaks to it to attend the Governor’s Cup wine and food tasting at the Virginia Wine Expo. I am writing about it for RVA News. After walking in heels all day, my feet were killing me by the end of the night. I was surprised and impressed to see so many Virginia wineries.

I’d never worn this shirtdress open like this, so it was fun to play with layering. I wore this from 7:30am to about 9:30pm.
