For once I tried not to smile in my photos. I’ll tell you this…IT WAS difficult. It took me 20 shots before I would stop laughing.

AND yes I don’t really put up photos when I’m dressed casually. I usually get too lazy to pull out a camera. But I will make an effort. This is why you’re seeing me in GOLD tights! lol. It was flashy but it was fun.

i know I’ve been terrible at coming on here. I’d spend hours at work just going through photos and commenting. ha not very productive…at least in the sense of my job. lol. and then many of you have your own separate blogs from chictopia…so I make a good effort checking all of them. EVERY one of you women and men on chictopia are talented.

Eitherway, I just went to cancun. it’s FREEEZING here…..so this my dears is how to dress for the beach. Linens, chiffons, fidoras and bikinis.

Sorry I’ve been gone. This wedding for a friend took waaaay too long. I love formal weddings…I found this dress at a consignment store shoved in the very back. Weird eh? I thought it was gorgeous….reminded me of summer ….but a Cavali summer…..

And yes, I know most of you don’t smile in your photos to keep with the high fashion industry. But I do, because that’s when I look the prettiest. Marilyn Monroe smiled in most of her photos….so i’m thinking I might as well too…right?

So it was cold but I needed to go out. what is a girl to do? well look like you’re warm when you’re actually freezing your ass off! lol

So tonight is christmas eve and all through the house not a creature was stirring not even a mouse….well…except for me and my betsey johnson dress.

I bought this as soon as it came off the runway. I HAD to splurge. Usually I’m the all black type of girl. but really how you could you not like this. It’s fierce…and not in a tyra banks sort of way….but more like a tiger.

Anyway it’s silk so it’s very comfortable, it’s got a ruffle sleeve so it’s “modest”..haha. and it’s goes perfectly with my fantastic zipper bootie sandals. And yes the in the second picture I have a cigar. I smoked it at the first thing I went to earlier today. I love cigar.

So i went out last night to a holiday party. And while everyone wanted to be cheery and happy I wanted to be the grinches sexy lover. So who better to channel than cat woman. I think it worked.
