Awesome shoes but poorly made. The fabic exterior is poorly-glued on to the interior, and the inner platform isn't even attached to the exterior. I'll keep 'em because they look awesome, but they should be better for the price.
I had to make online purchase on Nordstrom.com. The pewter gladiators weren't available on the west coats. The sandals are very chic and comfortable. I wear them for any occasion. I can imagine them bohemian styled as well as avantgard styled. The gladiators are the flats which rule my outfits. The material is average leather, it is neither high quality nor low class. The sole is leather. as well.
whether boots, flats, or gladiator sandals sam edelman always hits the nail on the head.
His stuff is always chic, and comfortable. A lethal combo. Not to mention they are well priced!
i want these soooo bad!!!! they are by far the cutest shoes UO has right now! waiting for the next pay check......:)
I cannot possibly rave about these enough! The style is spot on, they go with practically everything (for me it at least!), they're 5.25" high, and somehow still pretty comfortable.
Their Balenciaga harness forerunners are a little sexier, but unless you have $3k to throw around the Zoes are a _far_ better choice. The quality appears good so far, but the soles are a bit soft; I'm probably going to get them resoled in a year or less.
Like I said they are pretty comfy! No arch support as usual, but you don't get too much pressure on your toes. The big thing is that they pitch your foot so far forward that the backs of your ankles start to hurt from the strain. It's not terrible, but it's important to note: standing for a while is probably not a good idea. I can't dance in them, but I can walk 1/4 mile without too much of a problem. Hills are awful though! Take the stairs, or better yet the elevator!
All in all, 100% fabulous buy that I cannot recommend highly enough. If you're even _thinking_ of maybe getting them, go for it! You won't regret it, promise! :)
