The weather is utterly disgusting today.
Cold, windy. Ick.
So I decided to clean a little. I’m not posting an outfit for today (yet anyway) Just some of my favorite things. :)

A hand made native headband/choker (not sure which it’s supposed to be) my aunt gave me. She is really into our native heritage, and although I don’t know much about it I still love the headband-y thing and it’s very awesome boho-ey feel. :)

A wood bangle my future roomie got for me from Costa Rica. :) Considering we weren’t even really close when she went to Costa Rica I am very glad she thought of me to get it for me. I love it.

My feather headband I got from etsy. (Which I have yet to figure out how to wear it casually yet. I want to wear it casually, but… it always looks out of place with casual clothes.)

My ginormus lancome makeup bag I got at Valu Village (resale shop in Canada) for $2 brand new!
It holds like all my makeup!

My computer has been ruined by viruses, so I have been relying on my dads’ irritating old computer.

I got a not very friendly email from my online science class teacher… (I am behind on work.) I have two weeks to do 15 chapters. Honestly I am retaking this class as it is for a better gpa. Not doing well or quitting it won’t hurt my gpa…
I have a lot of other stuff going on right now, and honestly the shutting down of my computer due to the viruses is probably a sign that I should give up. Who knows.

I’m working on moving to Chicago. Applying at schools and such. All I know is I absolutely have to get out of the town I live in, it’s driving me up a wall.
[I live in a small hick town… The oldest city in Michigan, aka the most BORING city in Michigan.
Everybody here is related, except me since my family moved here from Canada and Illinois. I am “weird/stuck up” because I don’t wear blue jeans and tee shirts everyday. I don’t go “muddin’,” huntin, or “fishin.” I am more high matienance then most of the girls here, and I am not high matienance… ]

My roommate-to-be and I went and got our tea leaves/cards read this afternoon, and then attended a spaghetti dinner fun raiser.

Tea leave reading was excellent fun. We’re looking into moving to Schaumburg/Chicago area. According to the leaves and cards it looks good. :) hehe.
I also got the bunnyz game I ordered for my nintendo dsi today. :) I have been playing it a ton.

I love this dress. Petite sizing of asos. I love the embellishment on the top.

Yesterday it was surprisingly cold compared to the last week.
So I wore this around the house.

I hung out with my dog Trinity. :) So I just had to include her in a photo.

I went to the dentist (periodontist for my TMJ eval.) earlier this week.
The weather was gorgeous which doesn’t frequently happen here. I celebrated in shorts and summery straw fedora & my new urban outfitters top that I am kind of obsessed with right now.
