Hi everyone :)
This is what I wore for my friend’s 19th birthday party on Friday night, it was at her house.
It was very fun!! :D House parties always are… I miss them!! People used to have them a lot more when I was in high school (3 years ago) because we weren’t old enough to go to bars :P
I have always liked house parties more than going to clubs or bars for people’s birthdays, because you can just muck around and do whatever you want, eat lollies and chips and pizza, play whatever music you want, bring your own drinks instead of having to pay like $7 a drink at a bar, you don’t have to talk over the music, you can go sit outside in the garden, and so forth :D hehehe.
Anyway… I went to an Interpol concert last year in February i think… it was an awesome concert!!!!!! They are one of my favourite bands :D And I got this tshirt there :) ahh it was so expensive- $45 and I really should wear it more often! It’s a guy’s shirt though (and a size medium) but it has an awesome print on the back (see 3rd pic)
For this outfit, I was trying to go for a rock-Madonna-80s look…. but then these guys thought I just looked emo o_0 and when my bf saw me he was like, “I thought it was a dress up party cos you’re dressed up like a goth!” ahhhhhhh…… >< I used to wear black quite often, but lately I have been wearing lighter colours/more girly stuff, so I guess people think I look weird when I wear all black because they’re not used to it anymore :P But actually sometimes I prefer wearing all black, hehe… but… don’t tell me i’m emo!! haha
