Edwardian Orange

Knowing that I would be spending the entire day in the library today (no joke, I left at 7 a.m. and got back at 7 p.m.), I decided to wear something easy and comfortable today. This tunic is one of my favorites for days like that. Its from an H&M sale last year and I altered it (cut off some really puffy sleeves) almost immediately after I got it home.

I love the color, but I think that the buttons really make it special. Inevitably, I miss one in the morning, but usually catch it before I leave the house:) The jeans are also favorites from a sale and the pin is from a thrift store. Feeling good in this outfit helped get me through yet another day preparing for the end of the semester.

Oh! I almost forgot! My dog Sophie makes her Chictopia debut on this post. She’s a love, as you can probably tell (and I just realized that we match in this photo..hehe:)

(p.s. sorry for the wrinkles! Two hours on the bus and 10 in the library will do that to cotton:)
