While the country remains buried under puffer sleeping bag coats and what most consider to be ski wear, I’m doing a little reminiscing of my visit last week to the Dallas Museum of Art. I love spending chilly days at the museum whether here in New York, back home in Dallas or while traveling. Taking in the new exhibits is a culturally enriching way to spend the day with my family, especially during the hurried holiday season. Fortunately, Dallas delivered on the weather for the most part with cool mornings and warmish afternoons, ideal for being indoors and reassuring me that not packing my winter puffer was in fact OK. It was sweater and jeans kind of weather, the best kind in my opinion.
