At least that is what the vest reminds me of, a retro urban Heidi type found in the streets of NYC. And that’s what I love about it!

The vest was a purchase from the first Barney’s warehouse sale I ever went to (and emerged unscathed, sort of lol)— I just love the crazy pattern.
