So, the drummer from my boyfriend Chris’s band, Quiet the Few, was auditioning for another band today (they’re called Cut Off Your Hands, and are kind of a big deal; they’re starting to make waves worldwide.) But it really bothers me because he’ll be off to LA for a year, and Quiet the Few will take a back seat. If you had heard them, you’d realise that this was an injustice.

So, in an effort to put a bad omen on his audition—everyone’s secretly hoping he won’t get it—I wore this dress covered in severed hands from a Melbourne indie fashion designer called Night Side Down.

This Moschino bag will feature in most pictures to come!
