I will always and forever love Miranda Priestley (aka. Meryl Streep’s character) in The Devil Wears Prada and today I was reminded of her role so I chose to wear a very “FLOWERS..for SPRING…GROUNDBREAKING” outfit! hahaha I know I know, there’s nothing more typical than the floral print for spring season but this was a different kind of print. It was from Circa 1967 or so from my friend’s mom who wanted me to have it, out of the blue. I was stunned and touched of course and could not refuse it!
IT WAS TOO BEAUTIFUL TO REFUSE!
Anyway, I decided to wear this with a thin brown belt from Zara with studs, my new brownish bronze sandals for Forever 21, orange/brown bangles and piled on the necklaces to accent. Wore the skirt which has salmon,orange,coral and green colored flowers with a coral tanktop from the best tanktop place in the world… TOPSHOP.
I’m officially trying to eat more and get stressed out less since I look frighteningly skinny and emaciated already. Too bad I got alllergies last night (I wasn’t able to breathe anymore) which ended up with me GROUNDED and HOME ALONE for a week. Sigh.
Everyone’s going to the beach and watching The Fast and the Furious while I’m stuck doing nothing. SOB! :(
