While my mom was in Chicago to visit me, we visiting an exhibit at the cultural center called “The Happy Show”, which everyone should check out if it comes to your town. Stefan Sagmeister set up several examples of what makes us happy, when we’re happiest, little things you can do to turn your mood around, and in general a whole lot of bright colors. The first photo is of me in front of tubes 1-10, out of which you were supposed to eat a gumball corresponding to your level of happiness. My mom and I also got a picture of my next to the section on keeping a journal, since I’ve been doing that since I was 10. AND the last, of mom with me, was the third in a set of blown-up monkey balloons. The first says "EVERYBODY, the second says “THINKS”, and the last says “THEY ARE RIGHT.” :-)
I guess clothes-wise, it’s safe to say florals and comfy cardigans make me happy. research that!
