Ruffles, puff sleeves, and bows on my shoes. A girly outfit for such a nice day.

Navy blue cable knit puff sleeved blouse: Nordstrom
White and brown belt: Thrift store
Tan plaid ruffle skirt: hand me down from a friend’s mom
Navy blue Ferragamo bow flats: THRIFT STORE 4.00 (probably one of my best finds and they were brand new, too!)
