Rompers never let me down. So often I find myself waxing poetically about this singular garmet that allows me to wear shorts without wearing shorts, wear a dress without wearing a dress. They’re just so great. And I think a lot of the time they are underappreciated.
My mom gets mad credit for finding this romper in the thrift shop, and boy is it one gem. The pattern is so cheerful and the cut makes me feel like I’m wearing a sailor suit, which in my book is always a good thing. Of course I had to top it off with a boater hat. The one thing I don’t understand is why rompers cut like this aren’t that popular now. I guess I’ll just be here over in my corner, singing praises about an inanimate garmet.
