thanks so much! haha it would be kinda cool to make more, but it took soooo long and I'm too lazy to motivate myself...except this time I had to push myself to finish because otherwise I would have half a dress for semi, lol.

I actually can't walk in them that well. There's no platform, so my foot is really arched and then my toes are squished up in the front, which isn't too comfortable haha. I mean, they're pretty nice pumps for $30 (and from Target), but they're not as comfortable as I thought they'd be.

So I'm not the only one, then...I've worn them a couple times but they're really steep, I know exactly what you mean! Maybe all it takes is practice...we'll see, haha.

So this is my semi dress that I made…the actual dance was last week, but I just got around to taking photos of it today. Apparently it’s good to have photos of this sort of thing for my (nonexistent) “portfolio”, so we set up a backdrop and used a different camera (ie. a better one than mine) so it came out looking more “professional”…sort of.
Also, see those vertical zippers on the sides? Those are pockets. Pretty cool, huh?
Oh and this used to be my brother’s old sweatshirt, plus about $4 worth of fabric and a bunch of zippers, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than going to Macy’s. :)
