Just like sadness is usually triggered by an action, I’m making myself believe that happiness works in the same way, that there’s a spark that starts something and, eventually, everything gets better. If an uncontained spark manages to shine and start a rebellion (I’m pseudo-quoting The Hunger Games here), wouldn’t that be enough to improve my emotional state of mind? I think it works like geometry or better said: emotional geometry.
