Unlike my last outfit that I posted here which was the sweeter side of me, this one is edgier but quirky at the same time. I like being a little different than your average girl on the street and even though I might turn heads, I think fashion is best expressed when you are happy and content with the way you look. I wore a short cropped aztec print shirt that I got at REFUGE, while my shorts was a DIY project. I upcycled a pair of long flare pants, gave it a snip and hemmed the edges. This pair of shorts is so comfy and chic at the same time. My socks were purchased at Daiso for a cheap price and my baroque wedges from Japan. I also upcycled a knitted sweater and made it into a beanie. This is my go-to beanie when my hair decides to have a mind of its own. The leather studded bracelet was also a DIY project made from scratch. As you can probably see, most of my outfits are either upcycled or made from scratch. I think it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I make something that is my own. More pictures on my blog on detailed pieces soon.
