We love the fantastic ruffled collar and the lovely navy flowers in the fabric print! Look at the sleeves, they are also ruffled and become a fantastic deep V in the front! This dress has small buttons up the front, but just from the waist part, and has a belt tie to wrap around the waist. Lightweight and super comfortable! So cute!
