For me, elegance and style aren’t about money, but about taste and attitude. Fortunaley, fashion is more democratic now and everybody can afford a chic look, without spendind a whole salary in one luxury item. Even though I’m now in the active life (wonderwoman haha) I still have the habit to think like a poor student and I’m always looking for the best deal…actually I’d rather prefer – for the same price – to go out from many affordable shops with plenty of bags and singing in my head “pretty woman…walking down the streets” than going in a very famous luxury shop and go out with one little poor handbag…don’t know it must come from my education and still is in my mind. I find quite indecent to see the prices in the luxury stores’ windows…what about you ?
This outfit is very affordable but looks very chic. I got the dress on sale from a local shop I really love called Histoire de Plaire. The coat was a gift from Choies, but it’s very affordable though, you can find on www.choies.com. I had the clutch in a frippery, like for nothing…gloves and pumps cost each 10 pounds at Primark…crazy huh ? For the little story, we shot the pictures in the most expensive street of Lausanne, where you can find all the luxury stores :-)
