Don’t be fooled; it was positively frigid when these photos were taken. Shout out to my mom for helping me out, despite the gusts of wind and freezing temperatures. I’m trying to manifest spring with my ceaseless wearing of flowers and floral patterns. This glorious little wooden dogwood brooch was hand-carved by my great-grandfather, and I like to wear it all through the spring and summer months. This skirt was a recent thrift purchase. I loped off about a foot off of the bottom to make it my ideal skirt length. I’m very happy with the turnout, and I plan on wearing it frequently sans tights once it warms up a bit around here.
I wore this on a little trip to Little Five Points with a friend. We sold/traded clothes at Rag-o-Rama (I scored three beautiful dresses, and still made a little cash!) and enjoyed delicious falafel wraps at my favorite Mediterranean place. It was a fun little outing.
