I’m a huge fan of floral prints, so when I saw this skirt about five years ago, I was instantly in love. This skirt’s print has always reminded me of a bolder and more dramatic Japanese watercolor painting: the splashes of contrasting and complementary orange and pale cyan, cherry blossom-like petals, and delicate light gray tree branches. I guess this is my way of saying “Hello spring!” with the obligatory floral print, yet with a floral print that’s a little unexpected.
