trbcca 's Thoughts:

more on my blog

Today was fantastic because the weather was beautiful and I ventured out of the Morningside Heights bubble. I went to the village with some friends and we wound up at Dos Caminos for lunch and a ton of guacamole. It was so warm out that we eat outside comfortably. I think I really needed some fresh air after being cooped up inside all winter. It makes me so excited for spring. We wandered into an interesting yet very bizarre art gallery and walked the length of the High Line. It was really a day that makes me so grateful and happy that I live in New York.

I dressed pretty comfy because I figured we’d be doing a lot of walking. I love this oversized top I got at H&M. I think it’s the perfect transition piece for spring because it’s light but still warm enough for a breeze; I think I’ll be wearing it a lot. I paired it with my trusty disco pants and Marc Jacobs for Target scarf, and slipped on my comfy Forever 21 brogues for a finishing pop of color. Hopefully the weather will continue to get nicer so I can gradually phase in my spring clothing!
