This is urban? I guess I don't get out of the city much: I was drawn to it because of the subject of a "music festival" look. To me that means a sort of all-weather wear for a multiple-day event: This looks about right -- enough ways to get sun on short notice, enough ways to adapt to a chilly night if the music runs late in an outdoor venue. The boots might even fill the bill.
