Day 2 at New York Fashion Week was a bit cold. By a bit I mean freezing! I went to a couple shows including Noon by Noor, Monika Chiang, Yigal Azrouel, and Susan Woo. They were all great shows with a lot of color and dramatic cuts. Yigal had an AMAZING collection, I wanted literally every piece. I also got to catch up with one of my friends Hannah Harris (in the bottom photo) who writes for Annex Magazine as well as the founder and editor of Kenton Magazine, Alexander Liang (second to last photo). Love how fashion week brings people together.
I was not about to wear anything less than a huge coat so I chose this goat hair coat by Elizabeth and James to brave the storm. I kept it simple and chic by wearing black head to toe. Not the most creative outfit, but hey sometimes simplicity is best. The clutch gave the outfit a little edge along with the beanie which I really just wore to keep my hair under control during the blizzard but I do love the look of beanies. Then to complete the look I wore some simple shades and bracelets to accessorize.
Thank God that storm is over, I don’t have to keep using Seamless.com to have everything delivered!
