VintageRoseWardrobe 's Thoughts:

Salutations!

This is a normal outfit for me, it’s easy to throw on and it doesn’t require lashings of accessories to look decent. Recently, I’ve been more experimental with hosiery. I’m not usually one to step out in fancy tights; I feel as though I look slightly comical and befitting a five year old girl, as opposed to a ‘young lady’. However, having said that, I adore these tartan tights. They’re certainly quite loud and noticeable, especially worn with such a simple dress, however I find that they add a quirky touch to such an effortless outfit. I’m one to experiment with tartan/check and I love to encompass something preppy into my outfit too! I’m eager to nab a dungaree/pinafore style dress as soon as possible and they’re supposedly easy to style, therefore expect some outfit posts with me sporting an assortment of patterned leg wear, think polka dot, floral print etc.

I have a lot to expect this week, ANOTHER Maths exam, French controlled assessment and an English poetry trip (which, frankly, I’m looking forward to!). Luckily though, I will have posts scheduled for this week- oh the joys of being an organised blogger!

Same, it's still acceptable to wear tartan in England because the weather is consistently cold and windy-wahey! xx
