So I’ve been a little lazy on the outfit posting side of my blog, its just that whenever I even attempt to do one, the heavens open and it’s either rain, snow or hail stones! The only time I can do it is on the weekend when Matt’s off work, otherwise I’d use my tripod but I can’t get it to focus properly! Seriously… the woes of being a fashion blogger ;).
Moving on… today I was actually quite lucky as my brother came down to London this week and since he’s not really up to much, I made him take some outfit pictures for me.
Recently I’ve been a little obsessed with Topshop’s offerings and after I posted my little Topshop edit the other week I decided to tick off some of the items on my wish list and treated myself to an over-sized Navy parka and some dark grey heeled Chelsea boots I’ve been lusting over for months. They’re definitely my favourite purchases this year; I love that they’re so classic and simple and literally go with everything! I’ll probably be wearing them every winter until they wear out, the heels are surprisingly very comfy and the coat is perfect for layering. The jumper is from next and I’m also wearing my dog print blouse from Primark.
The whole outfit isn’t really anything special and was basically thrown together this morning. I do wish I had more time to put an nicer outfit together but I’m just so unbelievably busy these days. I promise that this month I’m definitely going to start wearing some of my nicer dresses, especially all my vintage buys from last year. My next blog post is going to feature a video blog of all the vintage dresses I own so hope you enjoy that one!
