Bought the polka-dot skirt yesterday, second hand for 315yen! how cheap! So wanted to wear it today.
Wore it with my moms old scarf, grey cardigan, and a felt hat I bought in florence.

I took the picture in front of the old Hiroshima bank, which closed down after the atomic bomb. It is now used as an art gallery, which I went to see today. :)
