old and new

This outfit was a mish-mash of old and new pieces. The white blouse was freshly bought to prepare me for work, and the oversize bag and jeggings were a throwback to the days where those pieces were in trend!

Can oversize bags please be ‘in’ again? I think Nicole Ritchie or the Olsen twins made them a hit when they demonstrated how amazing it looks to sling over your shoulder a bag half your body size (lol).They were my lifesavers in uni when I had to lug around heavy textbooks everyday to class. Or on second thought, not really…putting too much weight in bags made a lot of mine break, so I resorted to carrying the books in my arms which turned into hell when it was a rainy day. The joys of being a student!

With the oversize bag I kind of feel like I’m getting snapped out on the streets like some kind of model off-duty! Haha I wish…one can always dream right? :)
