There’s something about neon that screams attention in a good way. I love the pop of color a neon piece brings to an outfit because its a nice fashion statement. Although too much neon can become overpowering. That is why I paired this neon orange dress with a sheer black blouse. Adding the blouse tones the outfit down while still giving off enough neon light.
