i recently discovered that my wardrobe is sorely lacking COLOR. i think i mentioned this yesterday.

over the weekend, i was invited to a colors party and i couldn’t believe it when i looked in my closet and saw all shades of black, gray, navy, white… i’ve been overtaken by neutrals. i guess that’s just the way i’ve always dressed, but i’m craving color. only thing is, my wallet does not agree with my desire to go find some new pieces for my wardrobe. ah well…

anyway, i just got these shoes in the mail and i have been coveting them since december. they were one of those damn pre-orders from steve madden and i had to wait like forever!!! but now that i’ve got them, i’m afraid they might be a bit …too much? like, classy hooker too much? i was thinking maybe an exchange for the brown pair might help. i dunno. what do you think???
