These Are the Best Days

Texas weather can be all but predictable, but fortunately, the day these were taken, the sun was out, and I was able to stay out (in short-sleeves, nonetheless!) and not freeze! A new friend of mine is a photographer and offered to do a casual photo shoot with me, and I was thrilled! This outfit is very simple, but I just love this top—the golden buttons on the back are a beautiful detail!—and the boots were great to have when trekking through some of the mud we encountered throughout the day!
