I’ve never really liked the idea of paying heaps for a tee – particularly when most seem to be made from materials that don’t last and start to pill after a few washes. A couple of years ago I decided that it made more sense for me to try making my own shirts and spend my money on screen printing tools instead. I think this (copied) design was part of my first test run. I’m also wearing a thrifted pencil skirt and I’ve fashioned a belt from the strap of a broken Topshop handbag [Topshop accessories are dodge].
