A little outfit I put together thinking I would wear it to New Years. I didn’t, but this is still a fabulous number. I took a pink button down shirt and made it into a tank top cut. Then I made a high-low hem skirt and attached it to the shirt, putting an elastic between. And this is the final product.
What do you think?
